This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to coachmattkern.com, operated by Coach Matt Kern in Denton, Texas.
Information you give us
When you request the Networking Navigator guidebook through the form on this site, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Which edition you want (English or Spanish)
When you sign up for an event through the form on the Events page, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Which events you are interested in
When you send a message through the form on the Contact page, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
You decide what to share. If you leave a form blank, we collect none of this.
How we use it
- To send you the guidebook you asked for
- To send you details and reminders about the events you signed up for
- To reply to your questions or notes
- To follow up about coaching, speaking, or events when you have asked us to, or when it relates to your request
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Booking a call
The "Book a Discovery Call" buttons open Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Anything you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details so we can meet with you.
Services that help run this site
- Hosting: this site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the site secure.
- Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Form handling: form submissions are processed by a third-party form and contact management provider acting on our behalf.
This site does not use advertising trackers.
Links to other sites
This site links to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and Calendly. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
How long we keep information
We keep the details you send for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain an ongoing relationship, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Every email we send about coaching or events will include a way to opt out.
Children
This site is meant for adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
